Earlier today, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published updated U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) implementing instructions that reflect new USMCA Uniform Regulations.
The USMCA's General Note 11 is still pending from the U.S. International Trade Commission.
